Beers on Tap

Sami | ABV 4.9% IBU 17

Plum Sake Pils

Named after and inspired by Tiffs best friend Sami in Atlanta and their love for plum sake. This pils is the perfect crisp pint for these warm days ahead to enjoy with friends. Pale/Straw yellow in color with a soft hop nose, this Japanese Rice Pilsner showcases a rounded, firm light malt character with soft bitterness and a trademark dry finish. This beer's grist bill consists of pilsner malts and large portions of rice. We then condition the beer on fresh cut plums to soften the crisp bite associated with Japanese style lagers. This process imparts a faint plum flesh hue, soft floral aroma without making this crisp style overly sweet.

Hooligan | ABV 5.4% IBU 25

Irish Red Ale

This popular seasonal Irish Ale showcases a moderate body, smooth and drinkable with notes of toast, bread crust, and soft caramel/toffee undertones. For this Irish Ale, we’ve always taken inspiration in traditional brewing practices to achieve a nuanced and complex flavor using only two types of malt. Welcome back, Hooligan☘️🇮🇪

Lemon Blueberry Pastry Sour Ale

One of our Beard Engine Originals, Violet- inspired by the lemon blueberry chiffon cake dessert. This sour is smooth, rich but with a light and airy finish. Brewed with Pilsner/wheat/Oats, milk sugar, Tahitian vanilla beans, fresh lemon zest and several pounds of blueberries puréed in house. Dyer Maker | ABV 4.9% IBU 15

London Dark Lager

Our #4 of 4 Staff Craft Series- Tyler on one of our beertenders had a stout in mind but with the drinkability of a malty lager. We designed this beer with all seasons in mind, this low abv dark lager is the perfect session pint or for the avid rock n roll concert goer. Brewed with traditional English Pale Malts and Roasted Grains, this dark lager starts with a medium malty mouthfeel then finishes light and crisp for that easy drinking lager feel. Using a Munich lager strain then lagering for several weeks, we were able to achieve Tyler’s goal for Dyer Maker, full flavored easy drinking dark lager with English influences.

Just a Bit | ABV 5.1% IBU 40

Just a Bit - Extra Special Bitter

The quintessential English Pub Ale. While the name “extra special bitter” might suggest otherwise, we are delighted that ESB beers’ bitterness is not overpowering. This style is known for its balance and the interplay between malt and hop bitterness. English pale ales display earthy, herbal English-variety hop character. Medium to high hop bitterness, flavor and aroma should be evident. The yeast strains used in these beers lend a fruitiness to their aromatics and flavor, referred to as esters. The residual malt and defining sweetness of this richly flavored and medium bodied.. It is the perfect ale to sip while spending some quality time with friends.

Nimbus | ABV 6.3% IBU 31

New England IPA

Another brewery workhorse, named after the storm cloud due to its hazy appearance. This medium-bodied IPA is bursting with juicy tropical notes, papaya, mango, and pineapple. Double dry-hopped with Mosaic, Citra, El Dorado, and Galaxy. Copious amounts of oats and wheat push the creaminess forward with a well-rounded finish.
